MILA raw cakes specializes in the production and sale of handmade raw cakes. We do not operate an online shop, and orders are processed through direct communication via phone, email, instagram page or the contact form on our website.

3. Ordering Process
Order Confirmation:
Once we receive your inquiry through our contact form, we will send you a confirmation email with your delivery date and an invoice. To get started on your cake, we require that payment be made in full wihin 2 days of receiving the invoice. This helps us prepare your cake with the care it deserves.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order without any penalty before payment is made. After payment is received, and once cake production has started, MILA raw cakes reserves the right to retain the full payment if the order is canceled.

Delivery Terms:
Cakes can be delivered either fresh or frozen, based on your preference or availability.

For Business Customers:
All details regarding business customers, including payment terms, delivery conditions, and other specific requirements, shall be discussed and outlined in the contract itself. We encourage business customers to contact us directly to establish tailored terms that suit their needs.

4. Return Policy
As our cakes are freshly made to order, we do not accept returns once the order has been processed and the payment is received. However, if there is a mistake with your order or if the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or refund.

5. Liability

Our cakes are handmade and may contain allergens such as nuts, seeds, or other potential allergens. A full list of ingredients is available on our website (see the "Our Cakes" section) and on the accompanying food declaration, with allergens highlighted in bold.
